Shipping & Returns
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of placing your order (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be processed the following Monday. During busy periods such as sales or Christmas, order preparation can take up to 72 hours.
Shipping Costs
Delivery in France is free for any purchases over 100€.
Customs fees may apply and are at the customer's charge for reception in non-EU countries and French overseas departments and territories.

Delivery within 48h to 72h in France (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Colissimo International
Non-EU countries : Delivery within 10 working days.
EU countries: Delivery within 4 to 7 working days.
Returns Policy
In order for you to be able to try on the jewellery and to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are only free of charge for orders in France (excluding French overseas departments and territories). All European Union countries benefit from our 30-day return policy.
Please be aware that we will only issue refunds for jewellery that is in perfect condition and has not been worn.
